How can we be called a team iif we do nt even try to include them in the 'traditions ' that we hold. And i'm fricking talking abt birthdays de. Since they do include themselves in the paying smtimes( oh heck, birthdays are meant to be celebrated even if they do nt join with others paying or nt) So how can we be called a team?
